Product Availability
Miss Patina products are subject to availability. If a product becomes out of stock at a time when we receive the order, we will inform you and ask whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Product Descriptions
The colours shown on our website will vary depending on a range of factors including your computer screen and display settings.
We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been miss-published, including prices and promotions.
Product Defects
If you find any defects on our items, please notify us immediately. As we are aware that some people may not be able to open their package immediately, we provide a 48 hour notice time frame.
Discounts and Promotions
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Please note, discounts cannot be applied after you have made your purchase. To claim your discount please make sure you enter your discount at checkout, we cannot refund your discount amount in retrospect after you have made your purchase.
Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Distance Selling
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. For orders cancelled under the DSRs, we will issue you with a full refund. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to: Miss Patina Ltd., Unit 3 Sidings House, 10 Andre street, London E8 2AA. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
