In February 2024, our founder Holly found 3 new born kittens resting in a plant pot outside her window sill. The next day, 2 of the kittens were collected by their mother and 1 was left behind. Holly and her mum took him in and cared for him, making him part of the Miss Patina family and naming him ‘Nian Nian’ which translates to ‘Remember’. Nian Nian is now 1 years old and is so playful and lovable!

In celebration of this sweet kitten, we have created the Orange Kitten Shirt Dress. This embroidery patch has been designed and crafted based on a picture of Nian Nian when he was only 3 weeks old.

This shirt can either be worn buttoned up or unbuttoned, depending on your preference of style. Layering it over a dress brings it to life as a cool jacket for the spring!
