IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You will find below shipping details for different parts of the world. We tried to put the information as accurate as we can, but you should still be aware that:
- These are only estimate times and commence from the date of shipping rather than order(s). We aim to ship orders placed before 1 pm GMT Monday to Friday on the same day. However, shipping days could vary from a couple of more days due to custom import check.
- All orders are shipped from the UK. You should not be charged import duties or taxes within the UK. If your order is going outside of UK, please contact customercare@misspatina.com for any enquiries.
- We’re unable to deliver on UK public holidays or weekends. Therefore, please allow a few extra working days for your order.
CUSTOMS DUTY
Products delivered to destinations outside the UK may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the UK. The recipient of the Products, not the person placing the order, will typically receive a separate request for payment of these charges when the goods arrive in the country of destination. If you’re ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they’re aware that they’ll be responsible for these additional charges.

Please note all Next Day orders placed before 12 pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 12 pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour services. However, please be aware that deliveries to certain postcodes may take longer.
Our delivery partners might not be able to call you upon arrival so please ensure that you provide a valid delivery address where the shipment can be received during business hours. If the parcel is failed to deliver, the postman might leave the parcel with a neighbour or send it to your nearest Royal Mail post office, you will receive a card with instructions for collection.
There are a small number of postcodes in the United Kingdom where Next Day or Saturday delivery may not be available, please check Royal Mail Office website for guidance.
