From America to London: Meet Miss Patina Girl Maleen

Maleen has known our brand since she discovered it in 2017. It was a pleasure getting to know her and hearing about all the things she loves. We went to a little Japanese café and ordered a delicious strawberry cake to share while she told us that she loves Dead Poets Society, embroidery and wearing preppy outfits for work. She lives the story we design for! 📖

Meet Miss Patina Muse Iseult

Iseult found Miss Patina in 2020 when their boss's partner told them about us. From then on Iseult started to feel more comfortable expressing their gender identity through fashion and even their love for vintage fashion aesthetics. Iseult is an archeologist and loves to study and delve into the past. They also had a cameo in a David Attenborough documentary! We had so much fun spending a few hours with Iseult, they truly live the story we design for 🔎

Meet Miss Patina Muse Hannah

Hannah first discovered Miss Patina 15 years ago when she picked up one of our blouses in Topshop - a piece she still wears today with such care that it looks brand new. Now a librarian in Oxford (after a past life as a scientist!), Hannah styles her now vintage blouse with newer Miss Patina pieces. We had the joy of visiting her in Oxford for a dreamy photoshoot, where she brought along her treasured 1896 edition of Emma, her favourite novel. We first met Hannah at our pop-up shop - she arrived wearing the exact same outfit as our mannequin in the window! A true cat lover, she even had delicate feline embroidery stitched into her wedding dress, inspired by her black cat, Astrid. Hannah definitely lives the story we design for! 📚✨
